Return & Refund Policy

At Down For It World, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All items are made-to-order and produced upon purchase. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or changes in preference.

Return Eligibility

We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  1. The product was received damaged, or

  2. The product has a manufacturing defect or printing error

If your order meets these conditions, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting [downforitworld@gmail.com]. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

Upon review, if your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement item or refund at no additional cost.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Orders with incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer

  • Minor variations in print placement or color

  • Any item returned without prior approval

Return Instructions

Approved returns or replacements must follow our provided instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
